So, I was kinda thinking of getting back into serious weblog writing, but then I made the mistake of going out and buying Everquest (my first mmorpg). Now I spend my spare time babbling about ‘powerleveling my paladin’ and other incredibly goofy things. I’m sure I’ll get over it soon.. how addicting can these games be?

Confidential to my parents:

Dear Dad,
How is Europe? You might want to know that Georgia Tech just scored a last minute basket to make it to the finals! I’ll think of you and your GMT timezone when I’m watching the finals on Monday.
Love, Jessica.

I love April Fools — it’s non-denominational, doesn’t involve expensive presents, and every language in the world understands making a public idiot of your friends and family. It’s really the closest thing to a holiday online, and almost every site has a gag or two today. (Um, except for this one. Because I am lame.)

Anyway, here’s a list of many of the online gags, the highlights being Pets by Mail, and StarTrek.com announcing the new show “Klingon Eye for the Human Guy“. (Heck, I’d watch that. It can’t be worse than Whoopi.)
