		<description>I was at a dinner party in Richmond, Virginia, last night.  A friend of mine was sayng that she wished she had some chickens.  I asked her if  chickens were allowed in Richmond, and she said no.  I was going to tell her about Vancouverr and chickens, but she had already seen the story!  Apparently there is a websitte on urban livestock, and she keeps up with this issue.  Who knew!</description>
